This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all AP transactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
  • Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting preferred).
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
